Maybe if they have been cut off from outsiders for a very long time and it's a small population, maybe they are right in that there are no LBGT people among their members. Perhaps the gene pool there is very small?
As for the masturbation.... I can understand that if they are having THAT much sex everyday.

I agree. Probably closer to 20 than 30 but it can be hard to tell with someone in such good shape.
