I expect there's a Debbie Downer who is going to post a "Yeah, but . . ." response. In this case, regardless of your political or spiritual or economic persuasion, the landlord has done a nice thing, a very nice thing. May he or she or they have the nicest, most peaceful and joyous Holiday!

And to all you folks at D.U.:

HAPPY HOLIDAYS, PAX IN TERRA VESTRA, AMOR IN VUESTRAS CORAZONES!

(OK, I had to google some of that, but if it came out slightly wrong, well, Merry Christmas!)
