Mr. Winkler owns 40 acres in Bonner County on which he conducts weekly cross lighting ceremonies...and he came in third out of five in the Bonner County sheriff primary.180 people voted for him, and there aren't that many Klansmen there.

There are no black people in Bonner County, so Idaho Klansmen make even less sense than Illinois Nazis.
