I came of age in the 70s and yes, even back then there were unwritten rules. If she's passed out cold you don't mess with her, roll her over so she's not lying on her back if she throws up while passed out and keep watch over her, that was the rule with the bunch I ran with.

Now, if she was drunk , awake and active, and I was in the same condition, then let the fun begin. Looking back it probably wasn't as fun as it seemed at the time
