9. Hate and prejudice

exist everywhere in the world. It's depressing to all of us who know how destructive and narrow-minded it is.

We are all challenged to spread love rather than hate in this world. Focus on that and find your supporters. We are here.

Never give up that vision of a saner, better, happier world. I believe it is coming. But did you expect it to happen without a fight?

Be strong in the face of hate. Suggest to find a support group of real people even if you have to travel to find them.
