40. To Schumer, it may mean people who want to protect Medicare, Social

Security, Medicaid and Food Stamps from budget cuts. I wouldn't be surprised if that is who he is talking about.

Schumer is a Democrat, but he is from New York. He has to please Wall Street to get elected. It's sad, but it is what it is.
