Electric or hybrid. His reaction wasn't positive. Then this summer I talked him into test driving one with me and he was very impressed.

The only drawback for me was that I also wanted an American made vehicle. So now I'm also looking into the Ford hybrid.

But the Prius was very, very nice and quite reasonable as far as price.
