I think he was slamming them just for being two-faced and opportunistic and insincere....blowing with the wind, when it didn't serve them personally to continue to support Romney.

No one likes a loser, they say.

Politicians and scabs that hang around them. I'm sure many would've done the same to Obama. But I htink Obama's core team wouldn't have abandoned him or trashed him, if he'd lost. They're friends. But then, one big difference between Obama and Romney is that Obama wouldn't have blamed his loss on Romney buying votes with free stuff. Obama would've been more objective and honest than that, and would've blamed himself at least in part. Just as he admitted and joked about his bad performance in the first debate.
