Kelsey Grammer says "Boss" Cancelled because he is Republican [View all]

He has made no secret of his political leanings and Kelsey Grammer believes that his support for the Republican party may have led to the failure of his latest television series.

An active campaigner for the GOP, Grammer was a guest at President George W. Bush's first inauguration, campaigned for John McCain in the 2008 general election and endorsed Michele Bachmann for the Republican nomination for President in 2012.

Boss, which also stars Martin Donovan, Connie Nielsen and Kathleen Robertson, earned Grammer a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a drama earlier this year but the series had low ratings from the start, garnering just 659,000 viewers for its premiere and a season high of 440,000 viewers - a far cry from the 1.25 million viewers who tuned in during the first season of Starz’ other drama, Magic City.

haven't a bunch of other shows got cancelled also ? don't most shows seem to get cancelled these days ? maybe it's because of the whole REpublican crap about profit being the only thing that matters. even pushing low quality crap as long as it makes the guys at the top some money.
