And it's "hysterical" and "useless" to blame the person or organization that dropped the bomb?

Funny, my relatives who survived the Blitz blamed Hitler, evidently according to you they should have moved out of the UK and not blamed Hitler for the bombing.

Germany would be a lot bigger these days if my relatives had taken your advice and I don't think it would have worked out well in the long run for the Jewish people.
