I have no way of knowing who put it out but it is bullshit. Repugs create a magical phone app that can manipulate the vote everywhere... Then Anonymous manages to create some magical 'firewall' that blocks the magical phone app from... Doing it's magic.

Non-sense like this only plays with the heads of the gullible. Regardless of who started it,neither the repug part nor the Anonymous part are even slightly believable. It is another bad conspiracy running amok on DU.
