Not a single one. Individuals have started each and every one of these petitions, and there is not even any restriction on who signs them, so signers do not even have to be from any particular state.
The White House response should be quite simple: "There is no constitutional path to secession, and if there were, it would not be via citizen petitions signed by 0.1% of any state's population. Further, these petitions are not even signed exclusively by residents of the states they purport to represent. Sorry."
