Wel, at least Capt Morgen was honest - and also far more smarter than Romney ever was.. He started as a pirate - and was one of the best pirates out there, he even mustered a small army to plunder spanish city's for their gold and silver. He was a "genious" to organize big expeditions with more than ten sailships (not small types, the real big ones) where a whole army was organized over longer time.. He was as best as the UK Navy at a time.. And at his "capital" he made the City one of the best and maybe also biggest city's in the Caribbean.. I believe the town was called Port Royal in fact... After a few years after the mans death, most of the city was devastate by an earth shake and a flood, who more or less wiped out the City... But archeologies have more or less rebuild the town, as it was in its heyday 400 year later on... It was a big city for its time, bustling with activity from daybreak to dawn - and more or less also true the nights...

He survived many plots to kill him - and even survived a court in UK who (England) who wanted him for crimes against the british crown - and instead of ending in a gallows, he was given freedom, a title, and the Governor of Jamaica - where he ruled as a represent ant for the british crown - and is one of the few pirates from his age, who died in his bed, as a old man... Most pirates ended their life rather violent... Or in a gallow...
