This is someone who needed a "co-writer" -- in essence, a ghostwriter, in order to complete her grand adoring opus about Petraeus. Seems pretty odd that someone with a PhD and attendance at universities from Jordan to London, UK to Tufts and Harvard can't write to save her life. Very odd.

It doesn't look like she's actually done any real WORK in the military--she's spent most of her career exercising and farting around academia and governmental organizations (and not producing much work product from those associations, either):
