123. Well, the immunities they have only come into play when they are performing consular duties.

A consul rushing to the police station to meet with a person who has been arrested as part of their consular duties cannot be cited for speeding or reckless driving and their car should not be towed for doubleparking.

It definitely does NOT include sic'ing the police on reporters camped out on her lawn.
