The context of similarly staged photos found on the computers of arrested child porn traffickers matters, even as in this case there is no allegation of illegality whatsoever because of the diaper.

What about a hypothetical photo of baby in a diaper with a ball gag? Restraints? Or otherwise by OVERLAPPING PROPS resembling the illegal photos found on the computers of extremely depraved individuals? I think you're sheltered and naive to defend any of it.
