4. JFK lowered taxes to 70%? because WWII was paid off, didn't need such high taxes anymore

Limbaugh has been using that lately, he thinks it's a great point.

JFK lowered taxes! yeah, to 70% from 91% under a Republican.

Fine, put it back to JFK's tax rate, no problem.
