32. I'd just like to point out that she's being investigated for a crime

not once has anyone (other than DU) intimated that she is whom he was having an affair with. It seems likely, but right now it's all speculation. If she isn't having an affair, it's bad enough to be investigated for possibly leaking state secrets.
