38. Time for Mr. Obama to act like a president. A Democratic president.

In the third presidential debate he stated that the sequestration cuts to defense spending mandated by the Budget Control Act "will not happen."

And another debate gem, referring to himself and Mr. Romney: "I suspect that on Social Security, we've got a somewhat similar position."

He also appointed Erskine Bowles as the lead "Democrat" on the super committee.

Mr. Obama needs to think about whose interests he is really going to represent.
