some reason he would say such a thing. But I can't.
How awful for your daughter. I wish one of the other students had said something in response,,,like, hey, wait a minute, teach. But I can understand why they didn't.
I hope your daughter gets past this and accepts his apology (which is no doubt coming). What possessed him to go off in that direction? And then not to catch himself, when he realized what he had said? The fact that your daughter was there shouldn't have changed his apologetic reaction, after realizing what he had said.
I don't supposed there's any chance of getting out of his class?
