107. The TSA agent was wrong to have a flippant attitude

Most of the places I have flown you can have a drink if it has come from within the airport (like I buy a can of soda). If the bottle had been in her carry on going through security they usually will take it (not always though).

I've flown back and forth between Asia and the US several times in the last 8 years and never had a problem except for one time with my computer about five years ago going through SFO coming into the US. They even found my pirated copy of Rocky Balboa and didn't bat an eye at it.
