. . . not all of them good. However, is it also possible that Romney might end Paul Ryan's career, too?

The bad possibility is this: that the base does rally around the duo and Ryan brings the Randite loonies out on election day, while gerrymandering, voter suppression, and vote hacking do the rest for the GOP, with the Supreme Court there to install Romney if all else fails.

We'll still likely win, but the consequences of losing this one are now even more enormous than ever.
