When I first stumbled on this site in 2004 I would check it out every few days. As I read more and more of the posts I started to see so many people out there who were as confused and outraged as I was by what they saw happening to our country. I no longer felt as alone. Believe me, I felt very alone as I am sure many of us did in the early 2000's.
We are still in shock from that decade. Reeling from the insanity of it all and the swift fall we took both as a country and as a people.
The road back is going to be long, hard and all uphill. Luckily, the people I now read daily here seem to be well equipped with the desire to climb that mountain.
