My thread has been locked.. Really???? Supporting those union members locked out in this economy??

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by Skinner (a host of the Welcome & Help forum).

There is just some statement that says contact if you want to appeal... On other occasions I have requested this action, but it only dissolves into a back and forth with the person who locked it. Unless I'm not clear what an appeal is... I have juried many posts on D.U. 3.Over matters both significant and not so significant...

1. I don't know why you weren't told...

But I suspect your post got locked because it was in the wrong forum.

There are very strict rules for LBN posts.

If I were you, I would PM the host who locked it, and ask if this was the reason. It would probably be fine to post it in General Discussion.

2. It was locked because it should be in the General Discussion Forum, not in Breaking News.

Don't sweat it and please repost it.
