The strategy of the "trickle down" purchase of an election -- with all the governing leaders standing off to the side in relative silence -- leads me to believe this.

are calling the shots here. The sock puppet Scott Walker is Not in charge. He does not make one decision without being directed by Charles and David Koch. Walker is an inept stooge incapable of leadership, as are several like minded "play for play puppets", Fox Faux and much of the,MSM, who are put in place by the likes of the KOCH brothers. These are the fascists who are running out country.

About ten years ago, Hillary Clinton talked of this right wing takeover, they went after her, discredited her, and called her a looney. Guess What.... she was absolutely correct.
