either won the Colin Powell lookalike contest or is Colin Powell.

The President and Secretary of State Clinton...what can you say?

2. Yes, that is Colin Powell.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Vice President Joe Biden joined the victims’s relatives in mourning. Also there was former Secretary of State Colin Powell, a Republican who served former President George W. Bush and endorsed Obama in 2008.
