Elizabeth Warren Ad Asks Massachusetts For ‘Your Vote Against A Republican Senate’

Source: TPM

Elizabeth Warren released an ad Friday in the Massachusetts Senate race against Republican Sen. Scott Brown that sums up a major argument she has been making to voters in heavily Democratic Massachusetts: that a Brown re-election would pose a danger to control of the Senate.

"Just one vote, just one senator, could put Republicans in control of the United States Senate. Scott Brown could be that senator," the announcer says. "What would Republican control mean? Deep cuts in education. Medicare. New tax breaks for millionaires. The next Supreme Court Justice could overturn Roe v. Wade. One vote could make the difference. Your vote against a Republican Senate. Your vote for Elizabeth Warren."

The PollTracker Average currently shows Warren breaking away from Brown, leading 50.3 percent to 44.1 percent.

1. Yes, please remind voters that Brown is a Republican.

Especially since he keeps claiming he's Independent.

2. Obama needs to say things like this every time he opens his mouth

and save the bipartisan schtick for after the election or better yet, after he's out of office.

3. Her best ad yet!

We have to defeat that trojan horse, fake moderate, Senate flipping, play soldier, Scott Brown!

Don't let up the GOTV just because Elizabeth is now ahead in the polls!

6. I am surprised even more now than I was in 2010 that this not THEE issue for Dems.

The Obama agenda would be alive and well were it not for the constant threat of filibuster.
Literally hundreds of bill met an untimely death because of it.
While the obstructionist REEPS have been mentioned, they have not been a focus of these campaigns.
