Candidate voted twice in same elections, records show [Houston]
Source: Houston Chronicle
A Republican precinct chairman running for a seat on the Fort Bend County Commissioner's Court has cast ballots in both Texas and Pennsylvania in the last three federal elections, official records in both states show. Bruce J. Fleming, a Sugar Land resident running for Precinct 1 commissioner, voted in person in Sugar Land in 2006, 2008 and 2010 and by mail in each of those years in Yardley, Pa., according to election records in both states. Fleming, who owns a home in Yardley, voted for Hillary Rodham Clinton in the 2008 presidential primary in Texas. His wife, Nancy Fleming, who is listed as a resident of Yardley, voted by mail in both places in the 2010 general election, records show. "The less said is better," Bruce Fleming said when contacted by phone late Tuesday afternoon. "Until we can determine the situation, I can't really comment." ... So here sits True The Vote and the King Street Patriots out chasing imaginary voter fraud when real voter fraud is happening right here in their own front yard. Ain’t that just the damnest thing you’ve ever seen? There’s more to this story and all kinds of ugly Republican twists and splatters but I thought you’d want to chew on the glorious irony of Cathy Engelbrecht’s own Republican county commissioner candidate being a felony chronic serial voter frauder. |

Yesterday morning, local Republicans smirked that nothing would come of the serial Republican voter fraud in True the Vote’s front yard. GOP county commissioner candidate Bruce Fleming has purposefully double voted at least three times.
Do not mess with me. Seriously. And do not mess with Bev Carter. Even I’m afraid of Bev Carter. Honey, she will shoot you, stuff you, hang you over her fireplace and then open her house for the home tour. http://juanitajean.com/2012/10/11/excuse-me-while-i-rub-this-in/ |

Dems allege man voted in Bucks and Texas
After months of heated debate on the need to identify voters with a photo, Bucks County is investigating claims of election fraud by a man who allegedly mailed-in ballots from a house 1,600 miles away. The Texas State Democratic Executive Committee alleges Bruce J. Fleming, a Republican candidate for county commissioner in the Lone Star state, also participated in Bucks local elections, voting via absentee ballot from a second home in Lower Makefield. http://www.phillyburbs.com/news/local/courier_times_news/dems-allege-man-voted-in-bucks-and-texas/article_abea9820-1944-54ab-884a-387f0be09e87.html |

Okay, No More Miss Nice Juanita
October 13, 2012 By: Juanita Jean I am irritated enough to chew nails and spit out corkscrews. True the Vote’s, Cathy Engelbrecht has done pointed her manicured little finger at the wrong damn woman. Me. She wrote a press release, claiming that True the Vote has 99 cases of voter fraud but … More at http://juanitajean.com/2012/10/13/okay-no-more-miss-nice-juanita/ |

16. Update: local Republican boys threw their friend under the bus.
|
http://juanitajean.com/2012/10/17/local-update/
Okay, so the local Republican boys threw their friend under the bus. Here’s the statement that came out of the private, super secret meeting the Republicans had: PRESS RELEASE for immediate dissemination At an executive committee meeting on October 15, 2012, the Republican Party of Fort Bend County withdrew its support for the candidacy of Bruce Fleming for Commissioner, Precinct One. This action was the result of a loss of trust in the candidate. It is the Party’s firm belief that its candidates should hold and exhibit certain ethical standards. One of those is the sanctity of the vote. The Republican Party of Fort Bend County considers this to be of the utmost importance and believes that if it cannot be sure that a candidate agrees with and follows those standards, then the Party will not support the candidate. The story seems to have died. Notice I tried to keep it alive for a while. I might drop a line to JaunitaJean. But can't expect much against a Rep. in Texas.
