1. Thanks. I look forward to learning about culture

of women around the world. All our stories have one thing in common, all were ended by the Patriarchy and the whole world has suffered the effects.

Here is to raising the Mother in all Her glorious robes of words and traditions (mutilated though they are)

Sisters of Sinai http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/06/books/review/Alexander-t.html?_r=1 "Agnes and Margaret Smith, identical Scottish twins, whose travels to St. Catherine’s Monastery in the Sinai desert resulted in the electrifying discovery of one of the oldest manuscripts of the Gospels ever found." Makes me wonder how many historical women we will never know about because there were no written record of them. Thanks to a book review, I learned of and read about these women and I am hoping this site will help to connect me with more information about other historical women.
