1. WOW!!!! Now, that's an awesome commercial!

I loved every minute of it. Informative, exciting, great optics, moving music, and the truth . . . all kicking the Mittster in the ass with both feet.

3. Think of how many teachers and first responders we could have employed with 1.3 BILLION

And maybe some infrastructure repairs for more than just ONE city - Salt Lake. Isn't Salt Lake predominated by Mormons running the place?? So why all the corruption among all the Aaronic and Melchizedek Priests then?

5. I had always thought that he had saved us from the return of Kolob.

I'm glad that video was made to straighten me out.

I guess I'll have to quit claiming that's what he saved us from.

6. My favorite thing about the whole debacle is, ANYONE could have "saved" the Olympics if...

...they were handed a check for a BILLION freakin' dollars!

Hilarious and sad.

7. This is an honest, because I don't know, question.

Why does anyone think we must make a profit on the Olympics?

I certainly don't want to seem like I am defending Romney, but $1.3 billion over four years is not much for this country to host the Olympic games.

I think of the games as kind of a party for the world. If I host a party at home, the last thing I think of is how much profit I can make. I may try to save on expenses but I certainly don't try to make money.

15. I'm actually okay with hosting an Olympics every once in a while

and spending taxpayer dollars on it when necessary (especially for security)

But as you know, it's the hypocrisy -- taking lots of government money and then carrying on about how everything should be all free-market-y and privatized.

19. Depends on the party. $1.3 billion taxpayer dollars was elaborate according to McCain and others.

We would expect that any enterprise that would draw the world should benefit the host country.

32. Let me rephrase

The DNC has put out a very nice ad. I just wanted to point out who provided this ad in case anyone missed the fine print at the end, especially since at that point no one had mentioned it yet. The DNC is a valuable organization, and I am proud to be a Democrat. I still love Howard Dean after all these years. If I had known this would cause NNN0LHI so much concern I would not have bothered to post.

21. Let's point out where his 'skills' really lie:

He knows how to take advantage of goernment 'handouts' to businesses, as in subsidies, deductions, and outright gifts. He's a very fancy 'accountant.' Is THIS what we want in a President?

26. I have no links to support this but I remember when he ran for Governor of MA

the people under him that he went to "save" said that the Olympics didn't need saving and there were already programs in the pipeline to pay for it.

34. Well, he can always talk about Seamus' diarrhea

Great ad. And did you notice Romney walking alongside Bush? Romney bears the taint of the Chimp all over him, for it was his Chimp who lavished all that taxpayer money on Mitt, the deficit Chimp.

Did anyone think that McCain's voice in the early part of the clip sounded a little more high-pitched than usual, like a chipmunk? Like he was inhaling helium.
