27. I know a guy who works on a classified Pentagon project

and the media he has to use is 5-1/4" floppies. They no longer have any backup machines or any working backup copies of the one master floppy that remains.

2. 12 Saudi criminals brought us to our knees...

...and made us quickly throw away our "freedoms" (Patriot Act, etc) with nothing more than primitive knives.
What Kim is holding in his hand is at least 100,000 years more advanced.

6. LOL

And they did have a bit more than primitive knives. They had jet airplanes, which they used as their weapons. This included piloting skill.

13. Some people still don't have the courage or fortitude the face the bare truth.

It takes courage to recognize One's weaknesses,
and our nation couldn't throw away our Constitution fast enough
because of 12 ignorant criminals with box cutters.

Anyone who travels by air is STILL suffering,
and gawd only knows what 4th Amendment protections are gone forever.
The Great Homeland Security Department and the Militarization and National Coordination of our Local Police is MUCH scarier that 12 guys with Box Cutters,
and the funding for this monstrosity contributes directly to the calls to cut our Safety nets.

We will be paying the price for our cowering panic for at least another generation, if not forever. The nations of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and others will NEVER recover,
and THE LESSON of VietNam, that we can NOT simply Kill-Them-ALL no matter HOW many bombs we have is being learned all over again the hard way,
but the RICH still rake in their WAR PROFITS with the blessings of BOTH Political Parties,
so its ALL GOOD, especially if you have a "D" after your name.
(Which way to the Mission Accomplished Parade?)

The women, children, and innocent peasants that we killed and are still killing today will NEVER be replaced, and no apologies or monetary amends will ever cover that damage.
There IS no way to make that "GOOD" again.

Some things that were thrown away in the cringing panic after 9-11 will NEVER be recovered.
12 guys with knives is ALL it took to bring us to our knees.
As much as some Look away in fear,
or look forward,
or make cheap jokes,
THIS is The TRUTH.

12 ignorant criminals with Box Cutters!
That is ALL it took.

12. Lax Airport Security Allowed 9/11 to Happen.

And, not to trivialize what happened that horrible day, all they succeeded in doing was destroying two buildings...they didn't come any where close to destroying the United States of America.

20. Sorry!

I realize that some people have difficulty with abstraction.

My post was directed at those who have graduated to the Pre-Adolescent Stage of Development and have the cognitive capabilities to realize that Box Cutters are just tiny little knives that were the very first tools used by Ancient Man.

Sorry about that.
Being Left Out sucks,
and I will plan to include you in my next post.

7. Why are they giving this little fat kid any attention?

Oh, I get it. Because it distracts from the real damage being done to us under our own noses by global energy and war interests and furthers the goals of the MIC.

9. I cried when I threw out all my 3x5 floppies that had all my Masters Degree course work

on them! What a sad day.

However, I still have LOTS of hard copies in paper files... Ya never know when that brilliant paper you wrote in that "Meaning of Value" econ course will come in handy when you are in a debate on a DU thread....

What a stupid little fuck.
As I stated he's as scary as an ant in my kitchen.
One more shiny object to prevent action on the $32Tn hidden in off-shore banks.

16. I found an old 3.5" floppy in my drawer a year or so ago ...

... and I wanted to get the data from it.

I couldn't find a 3.5" drive anywhere.

Maybe I could borrow one from PRNK.
