I remember a time when politicians didn't have to wear flag lapel pins.
And now it seems they are getting larger on Republican's lapels. If the trend continues they will soon be wearing large diamond studded gold American flags on chains around their necks. Hell, they might even be carrying a cross.

5. I never looked at him, so I wasn't sure. And I don't even want to think about his penis.

8. i think that fuckface started the nifty fashion trend
|
dems had to hop on the bandwagon ("oh look! i'm patriotic too!")
meanwhile, as fuckface continued to sport his little flag pin to prove to everyone what a great merican he was, he managed to screw all of us and the rest of the world while his flock of sheep couldn't see beyond the fucking lapel pin. (this is probably the most political post i've written in three years.) i'd compare it to a hypnotist who dazzles you as he holds up the pocket watch to capture your attention while, with his other hand, picks your pocket. (who me? bitter? um...yeah, i guess i still am) |

9. I remember when it was considered inappropriate

to wear a flag for personal adornment. That was also before foreign car dealerships started flying US flags.
