As both a Judge of Election, who is sworn to uphold the Constitution and laws of Pennsylvania, and as a practicing attorney, I have a keen interest in the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Pennsylvania’s Photo ID Law that currently is making its way through the Pennsylvania courts.
