malibea's JournalWhere is "vulnerable" defined in Budget?
I know that the President says that the "chained CPI" proposal will not affect those "most vulnerable" seniors. Can anyone tell me where I can find a definition of those "most vulnerable" seniors not affected by the chained CPI methodology? I trust the president and do not believe that the CPI will have an affect on "all persons" currently receiving Social Security, but I need to read for myself who will be exempted from this new assessment tool. Can some of you smart people out here help me find what I am looking for?
WE pay!
You mean WE PAY. These "kids" don't care because the parents always end up with the short end of the stick and thereby paying the cost. If the parents would rear the kids correctly, they would not turn into hoodlums in the first place. If these parents can not raise these kids, the parents should not have them at all. I am tired of taking care of somebody else's kids!
Where are the parents of these hoodlums?
I still ask- and want to know- where are the parents of these hoodlums; and why aren't the parents being held responsible for the criminal acts of their offspring?
Any answers?????
Anyone???
