Have anyone else ever wondered how some people get a bunch of views in one day on YouTube?

I certainly have been. For example, I was on one of Chuggaaconroy's videos (he's a video game LPer BTW), and I noticed that on one video he uploaded today, it already had over 10K views. Also whenever I browse videos, I always see videos that manage to get over a million views in just 2-3 days. It has been baffling me how some YouTubers can get views so easily, while others (such as myself) are lucky to even get 1 view per day. I wonder what their secret is. Do they perhaps use video-sharing programs that let you buy views and subscribers?

Why do right-wingers outnumber left-wingers on most Internet forums?

It seems like every messaging board I visit outside of DU and MediaMatters, conservatives tend to outnumber liberals. It has been the case from my experience so far whether it's reading comments from sports forums, Urban Dictionary, YouTube, or Yahoo. Whenever I hear somebody on these types of sites talk about something politics-related, it's usually some RW talking points or something that is anti-Obama.

If you ever want to get a Republican to support gun control, just show them this:

Remember, these people were the main reason why Reagan enacted gun control. It wasn't so much that he hated guns (in fact, he was a staunch believer in the 2nd Amendment). He was scared of the Black Power movement and the Black Panthers standing up for our rights against police brutality.

It's Official: The Majority Of Republicans Are Insane

More: http://www.salon.com/2013/01/17/poll_64_of_republicans_are_birthers/

A whopping 64 percent of Republicans think it’s “probably true” that President Obama is hiding important information about his background and early life, including his possible birthplace, according to a new nationwide survey of registered voters from Fairleigh Dickinson University’s PublicMind project examining Americans’ belief in political conspiracy theories.

Belief in conspiracy theories is not unique to Republicans — 56 percent of Democrats believe in one of the four popular myths researchers asked about — but it is more common. Among registered GOPers, 75 percent said at least one of the four theories was likely true. Moreover, researchers noted: “Generally, the more people know about current events, the less likely they are to believe in conspiracy theories — but not among Republicans, where more knowledge leads to greater belief in political conspiracies.”
