The RWNJs have claimed that PBO has been ruling with EO's since January 20th, 2009. And calling for

his Impeachment BEFORE he was elected in 2008. The calls have been non-stop, vicious and well funded from a gang which has:

Voted repeatedly to repeal the ACA;

Wants to eliminate the NLRB, Labor Department, DOE, EPA, IRS, SNAP, UE, Social Security, Medicare, VA Hospitals, Medicaid, AFDC, and any other program that seeks to maintain public order and democratic means to decrease inequality;

Which did not want to renew the VAWA, the VRA, and called for the end of all taxes except on working people, a national right-to-work law, an end fo minimum wage and child labor laws, to pass personhood laws to reduce women to concubines.

In addition to that they wanted the federal government to default on its debt, as they gleefully pronounced how they'd love the chance to get to 'manage catastrophe' inorder to eliminate all of the above;

And who have a state-by-state plan to have a Constitutional convention by turning the state legislature RED as Paul Ryan has bragged they will do to re-write the Constitution to suit his masters the Koch brothers.

The stated reason to REPEAL the 14th Amendment is to deny Birthright Citizenship; but most Americans are unaware of the greater threat, for the 14th Amendment also includes Due Process and Equal treatement under the Law, as the 4th that is shrieked about, did not do what the 14th, 15th and 16th were needed to do:

Eliminate the practice of outright slavery in the United States. Strike down the 14th, and the legal system protecting our rights as individuals we have grown up in, repealing many more amendments, as they have attacked everyone of them.

They want is under direct corporate, free market rule, as described in this DUer's post. A part of which I will put here. It shreds to pieces the NJ Libertarian Party platform, seen through the link in the thread:

Libertarianism:

...Rather than making taxpayers pay for toxic waste cleanups, the polluters should be held liable for material damage done by them. This includes, but is not limited to, any adverse health consequences as well as cleanup and remediation.

Sounds good in theory, but let me give a specific example. In the 1920s, on the boundary between Geneva and St Charles, Illinois, there was a factory which produced watches with radium dials. The company went out of business in the 1930s, and the factory was demolished. About 25 years ago, it was discovered that the soil around the old factory was polluted with radioactive compounds, which were leeching into the groundwater. Now, who is to clean up this pollution? The company which caused it no longer exists. The people who currently live near there simply can't afford it.

We oppose government control of resource use through eminent domain, zoning laws, building codes, rent control, regional planning, urban renewal, or purchase of development rights with tax money. Such regulations and programs violate property rights, discriminate against minorities, create housing shortages, and tend to cause higher rents.

So if I decide to put a hog farm on my suburban property -- currently forbidden by zoning laws -- there is no way to stop me. Once more, the person who wrote this is unable to think through what his idiotic declaration actually means.

We call for the dissolution of all government agencies concerned with transportation, including the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and the transfer of their legitimate functions to competitive private firms.

So the street passing in front of my house should become a toll road?

SNAP! That;s what I call a zinger!

...We support a clean and healthy environment and sensible use of our natural resources. Private landowners and conservation groups have a vested interest in maintaining natural resources. Pollution and misuse of resources cause damage to our ecosystem. Governments, unlike private businesses, are unaccountable for such damage done to our environment and have a terrible track record when it comes to environmental protection. Protecting the environment requires a clear definition and enforcement of individual rights in resources like land, water, air, and wildlife. Free markets and property rights stimulate the technological innovations and behavioral changes required to protect our environment and ecosystems. We realize that our planet's climate is constantly changing, but environmental advocates and social pressure are the most effective means of changing public behavior.

Before passage of the Clean Water Act and creation of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Cuyahoga River in Ohio used to catch on fire because of pollution. It wasn't corporations or the free market that cleaned up the Cuyahoga, it was the government. So their pretense that government "has a terrible track record when it comes to environmental protection" is a lie. Libertarians saying that corporations would act to clean up their own pollution is simply more evidence that libertarians prefer fantasy over reality...

The individual's right to privacy, property, and right to speak or not to speak should not be infringed by the government. The government should not use electronic or other means of covert surveillance of an individual's actions or private property without the consent of the owner or occupant. Correspondence, bank and other financial transactions and records, doctors' and lawyers' communications, employment records, and the like should not be open to review by government without the consent of all parties involved in those actions.

If they really mean what this seems to say, then seeking documentary evidence of criminal acts would be impossible, since a suspect would have absolute veto power over any searches. Libertarians claim to oppose fraud, but the person who wrote that -- and the members of the party who passed that platform -- clearly do not mean it when they say it.

The late Iain Banks defined libertarianism as "A simple-minded right-wing ideology ideally suited to those unable or unwilling to see past their own sociopathic self-regard."

to Fortinbras Armstrong, and much more of use at the link:

The gang Obama is facing, and he knows this very well, are putting their 'Tenther' scam in action to eliminate the same Constitution they claim to want to protect. Because they want a return to the Articles of Confederation with no Bill of Rights and without the protections against the monied powers of today, no more than people had then.

The gang that Obama is confronted with is spiritual and intellectual kin with what Lincoln was confronted with over a hundred years ago. He has said that Social Security will not be privatized on his watch, nor will he allow many other regressive things to be done that the media has massaged the public mind to think what must be done to survive.

Expect a full throated yell for his Impeachment soon on the basis of this change of tactics with a mob that wants to eliminate the federal government in its entirety. Only a fool wants it, as the reactionary groups are ready to fill in the gap, with the deaths of millions as their dessert. We are in a very perilous time and surrounded by traitors to the Constitution and the 'United States of America.'

Obama does not refer to our nation as just the 'United States' as some GOP do. He uses the full name, as it is an idealized nation, that MLK said we are still endeavoring to perfect.

EO's are not as a big deal in some ways, but in others not so much. Just wait for the further calls for Obama's death as the Ignoratti get excited.

Some likely hideouts: Cheney's undisclosed location; Beck's bunker: David Koch's Colorado compound;

Hanging upside down in a bat cave with Wayne LePew; Lifted up into the air and carried away by gallinipper skeeters for a rather nasty version of the Rapture; Swimming with the fishes in the Gulf of Mexico.

But more likely:

Possible he accidentally blew his dang fool head off with a gun traipsing around the Big Thicket. I'd so love to say he's crocodile crap by now but it'd be wrong, as Texas is known for alligators instead.

Think he'd fit in this guy's belly?

Let's hope he's having a second honeymoon with his wife, mistress, NRA blow up doll as seen in their convention in Houston last year, or with some other benighted soul in a tropical locale. If he could find a place that is more tropical than Houston at 30 degrees latitude:

Cairo, Egypt is at 30 degrees latitude:

True, there are many more favorite tropical locations, but it just feels like Houston is tropical enough:

Brutal Mosquito Season Yet Another Fabulous Part of Houston Summer

By Jeff Balke - Sep. 10 2013

Yes, they can.

The heat. The humidity. The giant roaches. And, yes, the mosquitoes. If you haven't been outside (hey, good for you), it might be a good idea to consider covering yourself in a thin layer of repellent when and if you do. Last night, sitting in my backyard, it was as if an army of tiny assassins was attacking me from all angles. I swear to God, I am convinced they were swimming in the insect repellent I had, drinking it like it was wine.

According to a report from Fox26, these are marsh mosquitoes that have come in from the coast with the tropical moisture. Marsh mosquitoes are particularly bad and there are a lot of them in the area now. I'm guessing something like 10 gajillion and that's just in my neighborhood.

Harris County Mosquito Control has said the good news is that these aren't the kind that carry diseases like West Nile. In fact, they've seen a decrease in those insects since last year. So, count your blessings?

Unfortunately, they will be around until we get a good freeze or, of course, the rapture, whichever comes first. In Houston, my money is on the rapture.

Not knocking it as I grew up there. And people are not moving away, it's continuing to grow. There really is no end to the place, it is a world unto itself, almost always has been.

Still no news as to where Stockman is hiding out. Texas has lots of places to stash a body, but they don't last long what with the vermin, insects and just the heat. You get the picture.

Perhaps he snuck across the border to Mexico. American miscreants have been fleeing there for centuries.

Hope he will be found safe and sound, but doing something terribly embarrassing.

So please do keep us updated!

Wonder what Juanita Jean has to say about this?

Just jealous because he is so beautiful:

They ain't got the love of life he does:

And can't air guitar like Jimi Hendrix:

It's all they got, so it's their loss:

He's one of our fine young men here.

'Still waters run deep.' Holder is a painstaking man and it's why the cons hate him.

'Fast and furious' flames quick but they know the wrath of a patient man is something to be feared. Part of his family stood quietly under public hatred and abuse and won the right to an education by the schools in Little Rock.

Although I don't even see it as wrath, I know they do with their guilty consciences and bloody hands. He is part of history, just like Obama.

They have been quietly detailing all they can find about how the wealth of the American poeple has been stolen. Every so often we hear a report like this and it's why the RW hates him and will do anything to get rid of him.

They've smeared him since he was appointed to his post to anyone who will buy it to take the focus off them. It's not going to work, though.

Thanks, love him even more, the gifs were great! They're all fine young men, AFAIK.

Looks like Jimi Hendrix playing here:

Lotta excitement on everywhere I go!

Cha! Check this baby out:

What do you think of that one?

Someone answered that free market and enlightened business bullshit quite well. An excoriating

One of the strongest refutations of conservative wingnut philosophy in clear language I have read. Those retorts or something similar should be used in all arguments, IMO.
