the unspoken meaning behind the hyperbolic praise Cosby is getting on tour:

it is purposeful and specific, intended to vilify the accusers.

the overwhelming praise for b.c. IS a statement.

It means this------"Fuck those lying women."

That's guilty until proven innocent., in the court of public opinion.

On a board full of brilliant brilliant minds, and coming from one whom I admire as one of them....I am humbled! (and grinning like a little kid, cuz....who doesn't like compliments? )

Thank you for the references!!! NOt familiar with the Kahneman....gonna go have a look now!

(I see an abridged edition of the Adorno book.....much more reasonable price...is that ok? Or is there too much good stuff missing from the abridgement?)
