I think I just had something of an epiphany.
It has to do with perverts who will come up behind a woman on the sidewalk or the subway or a crowded elevator, and rub their cock up against her or grab her ass or her breast.
People will sometimes respond to this with "How would you feel if a woman came up and grabbed your balls?" Well, the answer to that is usually a chuckle and a "Hell, yeah, Baby! Let's go!"
But here's my epiphany:
That's the wrong question. The question for these idiots is "How would you feel if a MAN, presumably a bigger, stronger man came up behind you and rubbed his cock up against you or grabbed your nut sack?"
Just a thought.

The "Moron Identification Law"
My brother, who lives in Texas, and has always been VERY pro-gun-control, told me that there's one issue on which he agrees with the NRA: open-carry laws. He calls them the "Moron Identification Law". He says, "so if I walk into a restaurant, and I see a moron, I can turn around and leave. It's a hell of a lot better than concealed carry."

Four people went to sleep under the eaves of a building at Scott Carpenter Park during the spring snowstorm that struck Boulder on the night before Mother's Day. Only three woke up.
The woman discovered by her friends to have died while they slept was identified two days later as Kathryn J. Fishman, 59.
Apparently homeless for a significant period of time, she had been a frequent visitor in recent weeks to the Scott Carpenter Park area, and was well known for pushing around not one shopping cart but two.

According to the Boulder County Coroner's Office, she left behind a daughter, who lives in the state. The cause and manner of Fishman's death has not yet been determined, nor have those of the previous three transients to die.

Marijuana testing labs barred from taking samples from individuals

The kitchen of Brian and Meghan Wilson's rental home in Denver's Washington Park neighborhood looked like a chemistry lab. Using beakers, glass dishes and a botanical extractor, the couple coaxed oil from dispensary-bought marijuana plants, desperate to control the epileptic seizures of their 3-year-old daughter, Vivian.
Before giving it to the little girl, who likes to draw on an easel and play with her toothbrush, the Wilsons took their homemade oil to a Denver marijuana testing lab to make sure the dosage was correct.
All of that stopped after state regulators began informing marijuana testing labs that as a condition of holding a state license to test, they may only accept samples from licensed recreational pot shops, infused-product manufacturers and medical marijuana dispensaries.

I don't understand. If they're trying to regulate every ounce of pot in the state, why not allow individuals to have their pot tested? It seems to me that that would HELP them regulate it.
Oh my God!!!! Everyone in Colorado is going to get high!
At least that's what it sounds like if you read CNN or some of the other press.
I wish people would realize that NO ONE in Colorado who wasn't getting high last week will be getting high today. Hell, the kids that my kids go to school with will still be getting high, even though they can't "legally" buy weed. All the MMJ patients, many of whom have no illness worse than the dreaded "really, really, really want to get high" disease, will still be getting high, they just won't have to get put into the state registry or even give their last name to the cashier at the pot store.
And you still can't buy pot legally in Colorado Springs, so all of those poor people who have to live among the right wing junta that control the city will probably still buy their pot illegally, simply because it's less trouble and less expensive.
You see, very little will change in Colorado. In fact, I will go out on a limb here, and say that almost NOTHING will change in Colorado, except that we might see a slightly higher rate of new school buildings because of the tax revenue.
