or b). Nuts. Then I experienced them myself, spontaneously, with no purposeful "seeking" of it at all.

As I understand it, the "explanation" option given jurors is meant to explain a vote,

not to directly attack the alerter. This is not the first time I've been the recipient

of an ugly, foulmouthed "explanation" made by one or more anonymous jury members,

and I'm guessing I'm not alone.

I'm posting the results of an alert recently made by me. I think you will agree that the vitriol expressed,

I've seen the trailer run on MSNBC "Morning Joe" commercials and it looks like a hit piece.

The narrator is D'nesh D'Souza, who, apparently, has gone "around the world" interviewing

people who know, and or are related to, President Obama.

Why I feel it's a hit piece, is that D'Souza is a known conservative and

it ends up with a large picture of Obama with a voice over saying:

"Obama: You may love him or hate him, but you don't KNOW him"!

Same old "Who's the Kenyan"?, birther type bullshit we've come to know and hate.

It's scary and creepy, though, so close to the election and it's reminiscent of another

conservative hit piece about Hillary (I forget the title) which threatened to open

just before the LAST presidential election, but was ruled against by a judge who objected to

it on the grounds of it being too close to the election.

for the the mildest of criticisms, such as this one who, while alerting,

told the jury: "This poster is a complete shitdouche".

VERY "fair"...No double standard here, LOL!
