I am watching 'You've Been Trumped"

the documentary about the building of the golf course in Scotland.

Interesting to view it now, after we have learned so much about him.

One of the issues in the doc. is how he badgered, belittled, and insulted the land owners near the course, building spite fences and mountains of sand to block their view of the water.
Some good coverage of Donald Jr, there too...looking a whole lot like that drug company guy, the one with the punchable face.

Highly recommend seeing this. It is available on Netflix.

Trump supporter banned for life from Delta flights after rant

The Delta passenger who launched into a pro-Donald Trump rant mid-flight last week has been banned from flying the airline.

"He will never again be allowed on a Delta plane,” reads an internal memo from Delta Air Lines CEO Edward Bastian, dated Nov. 28 and obtained by CNBC News.

Last week, a video circulated online of a man yelling at other passengers about the president-elect and Hillary Clinton, Trump's Democratic rival for the White House.

“We got some Hillary bitches on here?” the man asked in the video.
“It’s your president. Every goddam one of you. If you don’t like it, too bad."

The memo also said it is refunding the fare costs to the passengers who were on the flight.

Place your bets, folks. How long till KellyAnn is gone.

This is the issue, and we have noticed it:

Trump's top aide, Kellyanne Conway, on Monday slammed an MSNBC report that said the president-elect was "furious" over comments she made Sunday about Mitt Romney.
Conway called the reporting "sexist" and said she could have any job she wants in Trump's administration, according to MSNBC.

Top aides to Trump said they were "baffled" over Conway's comments about Romney, the 2012 GOP presidential nominee, MSNBC reported earlier Monday. A source said her comments escalated concerns that Conway is "pushing her own agenda" instead of driving Trump's message.

Incoming chief of staff Reince Priebus and incoming chief strategist Stephen Bannon are reportedly becoming frustrated with Conway for not becoming a team player.
Conway on Sunday blasted Romney, a possible pick for secretary of State, for comments he made about Trump during the presidential campaign. She also questioned whether Romney would be loyal.

"I'm all for party unity, but I'm not sure we have to pay for that with the secretary of State position," Conway said on CNN's "State of the Union."

We have all noticed her obvious ambition, and speaking for Trump, about "lists" of people against Trump, etc,
you can hear the "we" in her sentences, like the stereotypical pushy wife of a doctor or General or etc. She is becoming more Trump than Trump, and the infighting has begun already.

What say.....a month? Gone by Jan?

New Conservative Website lists college professors accused of "liberal bias" "anti-American values"

The site is Professor Watchlist, and the goal is

..

.to fight for free speech and the right for professors to say whatever they wish; however students, parents, and alumni deserve to know the specific incidents and names of professors that advance a radical agenda in lecture halls.

...to expose and document college professors who discriminate against conservative students and advance leftist propaganda in the classroom.

Help us identify, and expose more professors who have demonstrated liberal bias in the classroom

Visitors to the site are invited to out “liberal, anti-American” professors so their names can be added to the list.

The operation was founded by Charlie Kirk, who said:
"..college campuses across the country are the most treacherous terrain imaginable,
The only way we're going to take back the youth of this country is to storm them and that is how we're going to make America great again."

Here's a clever way Big Pharma is ripping you off.

1.
Men with prostrate cancer, and women with breast cancer, are often prescribed a med to lower certain hormones.
(estrogen for women, testosterone for men)
A side effect of the med can be hot flashes, which for some can be rather debilitating.

So, pharma created a drug treatment which they say is the only one approved by the FDA for hot flashes.
It is called Brisdelle, comes in 7.5 mg, sells as a package of 30 pills, for 240.00 cash price or so.
You can get a discount coupon online to bring the cost down to $190.87 a month.

Here's the trick: Brisdelle is the same drug as Paxil, an antidepressant.
Paxil can be bought as a 10 mg. generic, for 4.00 a month.

2.
Zyban is a pill that is marketed as a stop smoking aid.
Comes in 150 mg.
It can be bought for anywhere from 125.00 to 133.00 a month cash price, WITH a discount coupon,
I could not find the non-coupon price.

but Zyban is the same as Wellbutrin, an old anti-depressant, 150 mg. weirdly costs 1500.00 a month ( 30 tabs) and the discount price is not much lower.

BUT, you can get Zyban as a generic, Bupropion, for 64.00 a month, or coupon price of 14.00 a month.

OR
get Wellbutrin, as a generic, Bupropin again, for...4.00 a month!!! Reg. price at Wal-Mart's famous 4.00 a month formulary.
( Also Sam's Club, Costco, etc)

Now isn't that interesting....same generic drug, different generic prices, depending if the doc writes Wellbutrin or Zyban as the name brand, but you buy as generic.

Btw.....Bupropin, taken for 30 days, was very effective to help me stop smoking, back in 1998.

I am now really curious how many other drug twins are being marketed and priced differently.

For price comparison of the above, I used goodrx.com, cause I find their coupon prices to be effective.

He can't just rise a bit from low, can he? Trump's latest tweet:

Can't resist name calling. Can't resist the urge to rub someone's face in the dirt.
He seems to have 2 default settings: use people or abuse people.

Planned Parenthood has now received 50,000 donations in Mike Pences "honor"

In the weeks following the election, donations have poured in to Planned Parenthood in honor of Vice President-elect Mike Pence, a noted opponent of abortion rights who once tried to change the definition of "rape" to make abortion less accessible.

According to a Planned Parenthood representative, the organization has received "more than 50,000 individual donations" in Pence's name alone since Nov. 8, the New York Daily News reported on Tuesday.

The trend of donating to Planned Parenthood in Pence's name — and making sure he gets a "thank you" note delivered to his office in Indiana — was spurred by celebrities who shared the idea on social media, including Bethany Cosentino of the band Best Coast

Veterans to deploy for Standing Rock

On December 4, hundreds of veterans plan to "deploy" to Standing Rock Indian Reservation in North Dakota to join in protest against the planned Dakota Access Pipeline.

The event, Veterans Stand for Standing Rock, is a call for veterans to "assemble as a peaceful, unarmed militia" to "defend the water protectors from assault and intimidation at the hands of the militarized police force and DAPL security." The organizers hope to prevent progress on the construction of the pipeline as well as draw national attention to the cause.

The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and its supporters have been protesting the project for months.
The protests have been largely peaceful but turned violent on Sunday. Support has flooded in from all over the country on social media under the hashtag #NoDAPL.

In 10 days, the gofundme campaign for the veterans' event has raised $43,870 of the $100,000 goal.
The money will go toward food, transportation and supplies for the veterans who attend.

"It's time to display that honor, courage and commitment we claim to represent," the page reads. "It's time for real patriots. Now more than ever, it's time for anyone and everyone to lead."
http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/22/us/veterans-stand-for-standing-rock-trnd/index.html

So we can help, by donating even as little as $5.00 to the GoFundMe.......which has raised $203,023 as of now.
