Head of agency overseeing Trump hotel has left her post

President Trump will name a new head of the federal agency overseeing the lease on his luxury hotel -but revenue there is $2 million below estimates
Denise Turner Roth, the head of the General Services Agency, has stepped down, although the agency did not post an official release on its web site
On Monday, it was revealed that the agency has a new acting administrator
House Oversight Committee Democrats have penned a letter to Acting Administrator Toothy Horne on Monday about a luxury hotel operated by the Trump Organization in Washington, D.C.
A committee aide tells DailyMail.com the agency told the panel that was the person to to whom correspondence should now be addressed
The hotel has reported losses totaling $1.1 million for September and October, below estimates, according to the letter
The lawmakers cite the 'possibility that President Trump will profit from large increases in hotel revenues because he was elected president'

"Patriotic Devotion"? - The Founding Fathers would gag

According to the Federal Register, Trump declared his inauguration day the "National Day of Patriotic Devotion."




What's most bizarre about it is the arrogant assumption that everyone is on the same page and that we are in the midst of a huge upsurge in national pride. The opposite is true. I think I speak for millions, probably a majority, when I say that I have never been more embarrassed and ashamed to be an American.
