That's exactly what I've been thinking.
If Bernie hadn't run again, I think Warren could have won this for progressives.
And why do I keep hearing a Bloomberg ad on tv that says he was mayor of
NYC during 9/11?
I'm pretty sure Giuiliani was mayor then and even extended his term a few months so as not to change horses in midstream.
How is Bloomberg getting away with this?
I would like to add a couple of precautions from my own observations.
First, the ballpoint pens for signing to attest that you in fact have received your prescription at the pharmacy are possibly just covered with germs. Either bring your own or wipe down the pens supplied with the Purell they probably have right there.
I mean the pharmacy check out is where all the sick people go.
Second, when I used to take my dogs with me to my store, I was struck by how absolutely everybody kissed them on their heads and muzzles and patted and hugged and kissed them up and down.
This was especially true when I had puppies with me - flu season be damned!
It occurred to me one day that the little sweeties were terrific vectors for whatever was going around.
So if you don't know who is patting and kissing your pets you might not want to take them out in public during a plague or take pet wipes with you and wipe your pooch down between admirers.
Stay healthy!
