In age as in presence. I've been member on DU since 2001 or 2002.My original user name was YellowDogRedneck.Changed it around 2004 to arwinnick. I seldom posted,mostly read the latest news.Evidently because I was a non-poster that I got caught up in a purge of the memberships that were not regular posters around 06' or 07'.
So now I'm gonna post enough to survive the purges or clean up of membership rolls.
The reason of lack of posts is I hate to be redundant or to repeat what someone else has posted way better then I would have.Do I feel intimidated by the regulars here whom are highly educated? Yes,no doubt in my mind.
That doesn't mean I don't have opinions,it just means I won't challenge others smarter then moi.

I have to be honest I do miss DU that was crazy during Dean campaigns.Great reading.

I'm also a recluse of sorts.But that is because of unfair marijuana laws voted in by the christian cults here in Bama. As a disabled american who survives by the grace of Social Security one must keep things on the low down.I'd love to move west but it's not in the cards at this time.
