Problems paying for star membership with PalPal
Has anyone else experienced this? I've sent PayPal my credit card information twice, my credit card has been charged twice for their fee, yet when I try to link my card information to the PayPal site, I get an error message about not having funds or something. I've contacted them for help. It's irritating because I would have liked to get the star membership earlier!

The only time I have ever paid a fee to PayPal is when I have sold something on eBay and was paid through PayPal. I don't pay any fees for making payments. I just checked my last three statements to be sure the rules hadn't changed while I wasn't looking.
