Introducing Discussionist: A new forum by the creators of DU

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but It is driving me crazy

that every time I hit the back button on the browser after reading a post I have to double click, and now triple click, to get past platform.twitter.com/widgets etc. I am not smart enough to figure it out. I tried. Any help would be appreciated. If you would kindly send me a private message I will be grateful. WT

2. I've never seen that issue

but you can remove the social media tabs on threads by going to 'My Account' at the top of the page. Scroll down to Preferences.

3. I have the 'Social media tabs on threads' disabled...

... in My Account Preferences and haven't ever had that issue. If you don't use the social media buttons/info in OPs then turn them off and see if it helps.

4. If you click on "My Account" at the top right of this page

then look in the "Preferences" section there is a line which says something like "Social Media...".

To the right of that just click "Remove".
