Posting link to niece's magazine

My niece has a magazine that she has been working on. It has a few issues already. IT is a vegan magazine with no advertising. I was wondering if it is ok or not ok for me to post something about it here maybe in the cooking section. I wanted to get approval before I were to do something like that because I have no idea what the rules are regarding this. Thanks in advance for any input.
