Anyone else having issue uploading new custom avatars

[font style="font-family:'Georgia','Baskerville Old Face','Helvetica',fantasy;" size=4 color=#009999]I got a JPEG that is about 9.82KB in size, but everytime I try to upload it takes me to DU homepage and keeps the old avatar. Normally it gives me a message about having to redirect before reloading the profile page.

Normally, when an avatar doesn't upload I am able to force it to update by logging out and back in and then reloading the page and the new avatar pops up. But now it does nothing.

It been a day and still no change. Are the custom avatars not working?[/font]

Try clearing your cache as your old one is still in there. uppityperson Dec 2015 #1

1. Try clearing your cache as your old one is still in there.

People have asked this in ATA and it happened to me a couple yrs ago. It was very frustrating but clearing my cache worked.

Also, I got the redirect screen and it going to my profile page again. Just I can't change my avatar.

Looks like they are working on it. Maybe tomorrow.[/font]
