Hello all. I am new to DU. I'm overjoyed being here. Im a black female thirty-something. I live in Chicago. I am very interested in becoming a part of our government. Politics has held my interest for at least 15 years. I really want to hold office one day. So if you know any people here in Chicago willing to school me let me know. If you have any advice for me please let me know. I'm a Democrat and I love being one! I feel we all can live in this place and still succeed. Thanks in advance.
