No Ceilings: The Full Participation Project



On November 1, 2013, Secretary Clinton announced a new Clinton Foundation program, No Ceilings: The Full Participation Project, which will measure and accelerate the full participation of women and girls around the world since the 1995 UN Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing.
