3. It was surprisingly good
I wonder the what the ages of the target audience was? I see what you mean though, a powder case? What the hell does that have to do with menstruation? (Oh for pity's sake, my auto correct wants to spell 'men's traction" when I slightly misspelled menstruation)
I'm also not sure what constipation has to do with menstruation specifically. "Putting pressure" on your other organs would indicate a high level blockage indeed.
And of course brought to you by Kotex. This article shows how misdirected advertising got, although to be fair, Kotex owns up to it, and made a different type of commercial
A COMMERCIAL for U by Kotex, a new line from the 90-year-old feminine care brand, opens with an actress in her early 20s who says, “How do I feel about my period? I love it.”
A print ad for U by Kotex that makes light of the embarrassment some feel about feminine products.
A TV commercial for the line features an actress parodying conventions of such ads.
She continues, “Sometimes I just want to run on a beach,” as footage shows a woman running along the shore. “Usually, by the third day, I really just want to dance,” she says, to footage of women dancing ecstatically. As blue liquid is poured on a pad in another clip, she concludes, “The ads on TV are really helpful because they use that blue liquid, and I’m like, ‘Oh, that’s what’s supposed to happen.’ ”
Which is an excellent Segway into this excellent way to save thousands of dollars over a womans lifetime, support small busnisses and reduce landfill; rewashable/reusable pads
(This is just one link I found on the Internet, one of my daughter's makes her own)

I hear ya sister. I'm in the middle of menopause right now, so far it's not so bad.
But I'm the type of person who laughs often and laughs well, so a reusable panty liner might not be a bad idea....

6. Hope you continue with the not so bad part...
Let me tell ya I had a heck of a time with it. Besides feeling just miserable & having raging hormones, my head felt like it was in a constant cloud. Made it hard to concentrate!
Glad I'm done with all that. Continued good luck to you.
